To get started, we’ve created a simple, step-by-step guide to an anti-aging body routine for more youthful-looking skin.
STEP 1: Hydrate Your Body
The same way you wouldn’t skip your nightly face moisturizer, you shouldn’t skimp on your body lotion. Every night, grab your moisturizer of choice and pat it on all over.
